Ingredients
Boiled potatoes – 400 gms
Semi boiled peas – 50 gms
Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Chopped green chili – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil – 3 – 4 tsp

Method of making Burger Potato Patties
1. Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion and peas. Mix it well and keep aside.
2. Peel boiled potatoes with green chili, coriander leaves , garam masala and salt. Mix it well.
3. divide into 8 equal portions. Now stuff each portion with onion and peas, make balls and flatten them.
4. Cover it in bread crumbs from both the side.
5. Shallow fry with a little oil until light golden brown in color.
6. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
